hi i found how dansguardian works without proxy settings

in /etc/shorewall/started file

iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth0 -p tcp -m tcp --dport 80 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 8080

just add this line in ur /etc/shorewall/started file it will work without any proxy settings.

but it will not block https sites, so how do i block even https sites please help me with this.
