I have a bunch of systems on a LAN that are running various web-based administrative tools (backups, log analysis, CUPS, postfix information, etc. etc.). I'm looking for a way to access all of these externally, but I don't want to punch dozens of holes in the firewall.
Also, if possible, I'd like to wrap all of this in SSL.
I'm not sure how it's done, but I've seen some SSL-based web "VPNs" that include a local URL after a internet URL, like:
https://www.mydomain.com/http://hostname/
Any suggestions?
