How do I download and install rsync using apt-get in debian

Just run the command:

sudo apt-get -y install rsync
Also, please be aware that Linux has all kinds of documentation. Importantly, the man pages. In addition don't forget http://www.google.com/

What commands in rsync should I use to make an image to a USB external hard drive ?
