My os is fedora 2.6. I am trying to copy some folder to another machine through php script. Here I use RSYNC command in php script to copy folder form one to another machine which is also fedora 2.6. But it shows error 12. I don't what is the meaning of error 12 as well as why it showing error?

I tried to copy some folder from my machine to another drive of my machine through rsync then php script works fine.

my rsync systax is
rsync -avzI -e ssh /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/demo/14 / IP_OF_CLIENT:/usr/local/apache2/htdocs/demo/14


Is anybody here who can slove my problem.

Might be a permission problem.

I'm not sure if the remote computer will allow the execution of that command through an outside script.

Did you tried to transfer those file, with the same command, on the command line, from one computer to the other ?

I cant pin-point the problem exactly, but I think that this is worth cheking.
