problems with cron

I use a cpanl for my website. I set some cron jobs in it and gave an email id to which cron reports are to be sent . But during the past few days i have not recieved a report . Some of my other customers also report the same problem. I don't even find the mail id used for getting the cron jobs in the mail logs. I use exim.

Please help me solve this problem.

Is crond running? Try restarting it? Can you invoke the command in cron manually and does it work?

Also check the crond logs which should be present at the location /var/log/cron
