Postfix sending mail outside

I have setup a postfix email server and it is working find. Client s are able to send and received emails from internal and outside as well. But I want some tweaks on my postfix. I want some of my users have no access sending mails outside only on internal or my domain.

Is it possible in postfix? How would I able to configure that feature.

Thanks in advanced....

SMTP AUTH may be something you want to have a look at.
