Unhappy Pandora - web server tool configuration


I am trying to install Pandora , an open source web server tool , with ubuntu linux.

Installation is over and the configuration is going on.

I have added three agents ( with other server IPS). But it is showing Agent without data.

Pandora tool is not pinging with the agents which i have created.

If any one has used Pandora already please guide me.

Do you get something like "ICMP ping requires root priviledges" in your pandora_server.log file?

For me as a temporary workaround was running pandora_network server as root, but this is not quite correct so I'm looking for better solution.

BTW, I have similar problems, may be you can enlight me on them:
