Output errors in Ethernet and Port Channel


Hi All,
I'm getting output errors in Ethernet and Port channels in switch.
I can see that Ethernet and Port Channel is up and connected.

Please let me what may be happened and where and how to investigate more on this.

Try to replace the cables and then the switch.
