Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature. You've given us no details about your system, whether this problem is new or existing, version/distro of Linux, etc. Also, there are MANY possible causes for this, but since we don't know what you've done/tried to create this error, we can't tell you what applies. Putting your error into Google pulls up MANY possible solutions; doing basic research should be your first step.
Short answer: you either haven't put in the right password, given a password when there ISN'T one, or don't have rights to the database you're connecting to.
