Should be a piece of cake. You can just move the contents of your /var/www out and mount your SAN onto /var/www, or you can edit edit the httpd.conf and change the root directory. Since your scripts, I assume, are all pointing to /var/wwww, I would just mount the SAN onto /var/www and copy the contents back. YOu should not noticing anything different other than more disk space with your new SAN. If you're using SELinux, make sure the directory and files are on the correct context settings.
