in my server i had 2 PV .. one of them show this error "/dev/block/104:0: read failed after 0 of 4096 at 0: Input/output error " but the other one is working .. for info i have xen virtual machine kerlnel 2.6.32-5-xen-amd64 ...

i check disk using HP DVD , but all of them were OK (green), for info i have openxen virtual machine and also implement DRBD for disk Mirroring between two servers. and also in HP DVD, i had repair option with data lost . i used it and problem solved , at least it seems solved
