hey need to ask
using Iptables :
is't good to set the ECN in mangle table for port 80 as --enc-tcp-remove always? to reset it bit to 0 always?
one more thing i don't know how to set the TOS they are like :
(0x10) 16 Minimize-Delay
(0x08) 8 Maximize-Throughput
(0x04) 4 Maximize-Reliability
(0x02) 2 Minimize-Cost
(0x00) 0 Normal-Service
how to set each one? i mean is normal for sites! Maximize-Throughput for FTP , Minimize-Delay for sending email ? or how

If you can figure out from those pages, maybe you should find some book about it, or just find something else to do. It can not get simpler that this.
