How to run two binary files at startup?

I need to run two binary files automatically at start-up in debian, and one of them should be run at first. How to write a service for doing it?

if that does not require root user, there is a START-UP application option in menu /preferences , add it there.
or .as root can edit /etc/rc.local and before exit 0 add apps with backgrounding option (ampersand) like

/usr/app_name_1 &
/usr/app_name_2 &

reboot PC and there you go
Any time you edit rc.local you should reboot to execute changes
