I have using fedora 9 machine i want to know how to configure centeralized logserver on my box both side (server and client). my setup all fc6 fc7 and fc8. pls help me step by step.
You should run "man syslogd" and read through it. This, combined with modifying /etc/sysconfig/syslog, should get you going. Do this and come back here with issues you come across. I haven't set up this myself, but I'm sure others have.
You really should read the man page and come back here for specific questions. It's very difficult to solve your problems _for_ you rather than helping you solve them yourself.
Seems like what you're requesting is a walkthrough, and I'm sure there are plenty out there on the internet.
