gdmsetup for FC9?

I know it's trivial, but gdmsetup was not included with Fedora Core 9. Is there some other graphical way of changing the login screen on the computer? I'm far too lazy to read on how do it manually nor it is important enough to warrant the time.

Hi,

Run gnome-control-center and look for "login window" option. There you should be able to change the login screen.

Thanks.

Ah... see that's the kick in the bottom side.
It's not there in Fedora Core 9. I used to just run gdmsetup from the command line, but it's just not there.

You can see a screenshot of gnome-control-center from my installation here: http://www.revof11.com/lq/lqssgcc.png

Talking don't see the Logon Window in the gnome-control-center tool on FC13 x86

I don't see 'Logon Window' option on Fedora 13 in regards to using the gnome-control-center tool.

thanks..

there have been MANY MANY changes in fedora since the last post on this thread ( 07-31-08, 11:32 AM ) -- two years ago and 4 versions of fedora
and if you read the fedora, and gnome documentation
gdm and Plymouth are two of those changes in fedora since fedora 9
http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/index.html

the gdm right now ( fedora 13)is a "just working" hacked version of the gnome svn source alpha code

this fact that it works at all is something .
