host 192.168.0.125
Host 125.0.168.192.in-addr.arpa not found: 2(SERVFAIL)

but

host GAIDL-5017.gai.net
GAIDL-5017.gai.net has address 192.168.50.34
GAIDL-5017.gai.net has address 192.168.51.23

Did you restart the service? Did it start without errors? How do you query the service? Do you have the _RIGHT_ configuration for the zone? Is the zone itself configured right?

yeah i restarted the service, service restarted without error.
i querried like "host ipaddress" without quotes.
i configured more zones in named.conf and all have same configuration. all are working but not only this one.

what else do you want me to send. so that it can be more easy to troubleshoot.

Maybe some log files would help. Or maybe some part of the configuration.
