centos - recompile with perl multithread as module

Hi.

I have just installed centos 6 64bit for someone.

However, he asked if we could recompile with perl multithreading module, not as an addon. Can anyone point me to the right direction in recompiling apache with per multithreading module. We do not have any control panel installed

Easiest way is to get source rpm and build new rpm package and install it.
If you want to have fun get source code, configure, make and install.
