Talking tracking what users do...

I would like to know how to track what users on my system do. I have opened up my box to some of my friends so that they can ssh into it among other things. I would like to be able to track their actions. thanks for any help.

It's kinda challenging to setup but Snare for linux can tell you a lot about what they are doing. Almost all the way down to how many times they blinked while on your box.
