tracking customers

I have a bunch of customers who each have different times when they renew their contracts. is there an OS solution, some sort of customer tracking, that anyone knows of?

Of course I could use excel, but i want web based for some of my partners.

Thanks

Moved: Should get better and more exposure in Software where questions are asked for recommendations, etc on software.

I personally don't know of any but you could try searching on such sites like www.sourceforge.net or www.freshmeat.net

You could always develop your own using something like mysql as the database and php on the front end, if you have developer skills.

Cheers.
