Problem in installing virus scanner


I am trying to install Interscan Virus wall for Redhat 9.0 but my mail are returning back even when I am sending mail to the same server.

First of all AFAIK Trend Micro Interscan Virus Wall is a commercial product. If you bought it, please use the support features you're entitled to. That said, Virus Wall seems to disable certain tables Sendmail uses to know about routing etc etc in favour of it's own configuration files. One workaround I've read about was to have Viruswall receive email, scan it and then hand it over to another box/port where Sendmail runs to handle distribution and delivery.
