Isolate VM with it's own Ethernet card

I have a music server called subsonic that uses Java and Apache. I would like it to run it in an isolated VM as Linux guest on my Linux host system(using KVM). The music server software listens on a port(ie 4777). I was wondering if it would be possible to place a separate Ethernet card(eth1) in my system and have the VM Guest directly access it...so on my Host system I can block out port 4777 on eth0 but on the VM Guest have it listen on port 4777 on eth1?

There's tons of information out there on how to achieve this using KVM.

FWIW, I do the same thing on VirtualBox.
