Installing Bastille on RHEL3.0

A newbie question.
I want to install Bastille on my RHEL3.0 version. I installed the Bastille rpm and went through the screens of questions. But, can anyone provide me info on how do I do post configuration tasks ?
I tried to reboot the system once this was done, but now it won't let me login as root. I did add the root user in the access.conf file.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

...which is a Good Thing.
Keep it that way.
Please log in as an unprivileged user, then su to root only if you need to do root tasks.
