How to Manage user account..?


Hi everyone, i need you help, i want to manage user account in linux, but i don't know the step and how to manage it with security.

can you tell me? How many step should i do to creat one account complete?

How to add it with security?

Ok, I will tell you what i want is...?

1. How to organize user account in secure place with other hack
2. How to organize each users to another department
For example: Accounting, Finance, Administrtion.....
By each user of department can access only thier local department, they can't access to other department. How to do it?

if you have kde installed, start up kuser, or whatever the user administration tool is called now. you will need to create different groups and add users, then add the users to the groups, and give the groups rights to what you want them to have rights to.

where can i get kde? How to check it have in my local machine or not? if not where can i get it from?
