Allowing any user to manage/ delete print jobs

Hello all,

I am running several redhat 9, and fedora core 1 k12ltsp servers (in the process of moving everyone to fedora core 2). We use CUPS for our printing system. My users have been complaining that they can't delete or manage print jobs from themselves or their students.

I am wondering if there is an easy way to allow everyone to use kprinter and manage print jobs without me creating a large security back door.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks,
-M
