How to edit the expiry date of the certificate?

But i got the openssl command "openssl req -x509 -newkey rsa:2048 -out cacert.pem -outform PEM -days 1825" with which i can increase the validity of the certs,
But still O, OU, CN, C and CA_SUBJECT_NAME are getting impacted and the certificate is not accepted.

Apart from you not having explained what you mean with "getting impacted" or "not accepted" IMHO there are only two options for dealing with commercial (not self-signed) SSL certificates: buy one or renew one.
