Lightbulb Custom permission for a user

Hi,

I would like to create a user who has only permission to append files within a location. This user should not able to copy, move or delete a file. Can you please help me to implement this?

Regards,

When you say append files do you mean add new files or append to an existing file? if the former then jut setting the permisions for that user to write only may work, if you mean the latter then I wouldnt have thought so
