Question Custom user environment

OK I just got LTSP working with RH 9. My diskless workstations can boot from the server and X starts. Everything works great! Now I want to set it up so some users have acces to certain menu items and others don't. For example, some employees will have the Web Browser available and others won't.
Any ideas where I should start?

I would use groups to sort out which users can use which programs.

For example:
Set the permissions for the Mozilla program to 750.
chown the ownership of the Mozilla program to root:mozilla

Then create a group called mozilla and include only those user names who are allowed to use Mozilla.

jailbait thanks for that info, that is how I want to give them access, as groups. I will try that out.

jon_k, I am using driveless PC's. they connect to the server through ethernet connection.
