Bulldog Firewall

Umm. I have a little problem, I downloaded the Bulldog firewall and it seems to be a .tar.tar file and it wont unzip it. It SAYS in the Bulldog site that it should be a .tar.gz so I renamed it and the same thing happened. Is it just me or is it something with my computer?

The download says it is a .bz2 file. The instructions were right there? What am I missing?

it's a bzip2 file, not gzip...

tar -xvjf BullDog.tar.bz2
