okay..Ive been trying to get ssh2 to work right, but no matter how I set it, it just uses password, it doesnt matter if the password is expired, or if the user has been locked out, it just sees if the password is correct, then iof it is..it lets you in. SSH1 on the other hand uses the /etc/security/user file. If you change authentication in that file, the authentication methods change. How can I get SSH2 to use this file?

when you build it make sure that you enable pam authentication... then make sure that you set it up in your config...
