When login into KDE desketop is blurey

When i turn on linux and login to KDE to decketop looks weird and unusable.I think it's the grapgic card settings. Is there any way to change them. Keep in mide that it is very difficult to do any thing when in a graphical interface

Yes. You can probably fix the problem by editing /etc/X11/XF86Config. Most distributions provide a command line utility to edit the settings in /etc/X11/XF86Config. Please post your distribution name and somebody who uses that distribution can tell you the name of the command to use.
