What's the difference in my USB ports?

Ubuntu 20.04 lts

I'm just curious, what is the difference between the 2 types of USB ports on the front of my computer - 2 have blue on them and 2 don't.

I have this computer: https://www.pcliquidations.com/p8578...BoCeJEQAvD_BwE

Typically USB 3.0 ports are blue. The others are USB 2.

My SanDisk also has a blue insert and is labeled as USB 3.0.

I don't have any others to compare.

I have never seen a thumb drive with color coding, but I have a couple that are labeled as USB3

Also, the "fdisk -l" command returns
Code:
Disk model: USB 3.0 FD
Disk model: USB 2.0 FD
for 2 different thumb drives I have.
