VNC on FC2

I downloaded my VNC. -> vnc-4.0-x86_linux.tar.gz
After that I extract out the files into a folder. But how can I install? Can't find any installer in the folder. In my Server settings - services, how do enable the VNC to run. Can't seems to start.
Why is the service there before I install VNC?

With my Fedora Core 1, I have to start vnc with "vncserver :2" (as normal user). The :2 means simply that I prefer to use port 5902 (I have ports 5900 and 5901 closed in my firewall). Then I use www.realvnc.com on my windows machine (at work) to connect to my linux machine at home by connecting to <my home ip>:2 eg. 200.150.150.5:2

To kill off the server, it is "vncserver -kill :2"

To make something graphical start, for example, gnome panel, type "gnome-panel" in vnc window.

To make new password for vnc, type "vncserver -kill :2" to close vnc server, then type "cd .vnc" from home directory, and remove the passwd file. Then start the server again. You will then be asked for a new password. Easy once it works
