Using Virtual Box / Switching between the GUI and CMD

How do I switch Terminals? Using the CNTL+ALT+F1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 does nothing for me. I am using Virtual Box and Running Red Hat.

Some forum threads I found after a quick search:

http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=13488
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=723819

And if the HostKey+F[1-12] doesn't work, you're using a non-US keyboad, and you're using an old version of VirtualBox:
http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=13262

And lastly a link to the search results:
