Question USB

I created some files using my vim editor, how do I copy one or more of these files to a USB flash drive. USB is in NTFS file format.

You just copy them. You can either use a GUI file manager of the cp command.
The USB drive has to be mounted first though.

Gui or command line????

Yes, we'd have to assume you or system mounted the usb in a READ WRITE mode, (ntfs-3g) to some normal or abnormal place.
Then you can move/copy (mv) the file by name or drag and drop.

The you should unmount the drive or have system unmount it from gui.(eject or other names)
