urpmi


how do i unlock my urpmi server?
everytime i try to do something.....it tells me that my urpmi server is locked

There's another process that uses the database. Close all the programs you don't need (to make list of processes shorter) and run 'ps aux'. Note down the processes you don't know. Kill them one by one and test if you can access the urpmi database after each kill.
