update_source ? mirrors?

My updates went odd this evening and now i've gone and messed with the URL and hdlist within the update_source/media manager and can't seem to find a list of mirrors that I canuse now i've broken it!! lol. Where can I find the URL/HDLIST to use?

It's mandriva 2005
