uninstalling apps without Yast

I have tried to download and install an application from the OpenSUSE Leal 15.1 OS. I have not been successful and then I wanted to remove, uninstall the app (Python-Glances) using Yast but I was unsuccessful. How to uninstall an app in opensuse leap NOT using Yast?

how to uninstall an app without Yast

I have used the website to download the app for opensuse leap 15.1 It appeeared to have been installed but the app did not work. Then I went to Yast and tried to uninstall python-glances from there. There are little squares to put a sign, for uninstall the square should contain a red x. It was not possible to do that.

zypper is openSUSE's command line package manager. If
Code:
sudo zypper rm Python-Glances
fails, please provide the complete input and output here using code tags so we can evaluate your situation.

Most likely he used 1-click after finding the app on http://software.opensuse.org/search, but as a likely newbie he improperly selected which result might have been appropriate. I don't find one among the first group of hits that he should have selected.

that may mean it was not installed at all, that's why it did not work and could not be uninstalled. But this is only a guess.
