Unable to switch on extra effects on ubuntu 9.4


hi,
I have installed ubuntu 9.4. When i'm trying to switch on extra desktop effects it says it could not be enabled. I'm using a nvidia mx4000 128 VGA card. anyone can help?

Hi. Go to System->Administration->hardware drivers and select your driver and install it and then reboot. make sure your net is connected.
