unable to install RHEL6.1 on dual boot

I tried to install Rhel6.1 on dual boot with Windows7.

I have used only three primary partitions.

I selected Install option from first Menu, it started loading files and after few minutes it stopped on a blank screen with a "-".

I can say the media is good because i installed the same on VMWare and it is working fine.

Pls Help.

RHEL 6.1 is a server OS, the version is dated `May 2011`.
Should do OK with old "server hardware".

The latest commercial version is RHEL 6.4
The latest free version : CentOS 6.4 or Scientific SL 6.4 .
http://www.centos.org/ // https://www.scientificlinux.org/news/sl6.4
Version 6.4 has a kernel for later hardware.
( Not necessarily usable on a new laptop.)
