Don't know where you got that command, but Google pulls up much more information, as would a search on this very site.
This is a several-step process, and it's well documented. And AGAIN
, if you are not going to PAY FOR RedHat Enterprise, you should NOT BE USING IT, and this has been explained to you several times. You have not addressed it, or said WHY you need RHEL. Unless this is to fit a very specific need, use CentOS instead.
