this a debug "quote" that comes up everytime i start evolution from terminal

exact "quote"

** (evolution:5307): DEBUG: mailto URL command: evolution %s
** (evolution:5307): DEBUG: mailto URL program: evolution

and this is what it says at terminal for sudo pppoeconf

Sorry, I scanned 2 interfaces, but the Access │
│ Concentrator of your provider did not respond. Please │
│ check your network and modem cables. Another reason │
│ for the scan failure may also be another running pppoe │
│ process which controls the modem.
