Post tmp folder


Hello everyone!
I have a problem. An application put the configuration file in tmp\apex folder. After few day this configuration file is vanish from tmp\apex folder. Is it possible to protect the deletion from tmp\apex. I have already protect file with chattr

/tmp is meant for temporary files, and thus those are deleted after some time.
try to make the application put it's config somewhere else.

Hmm, I doubt it..., tmp is a TeMP folder...it gets cleaned out. It may well be nothing to worry about, I guess the config gets rebuilt every time anyway, otherwise the makers would'nt put it in the temp folder...

What app is it? Maybe a tweak in the main config could help?
