Post tmp folder

Hello everyone!
I have a problem. An application put the configuration file in tmp\apex folder. After few day this configuration file is vanish from tmp\apex folder. Is it possible to protect the deletion from tmp\apex. I have already protect file with chattr

/tmp is meant for temporary files, and thus those are deleted after some time.
try to make the application put it's config somewhere else.

Is it possible to protect the deletion from tmp\apex.
Hmm, I doubt it..., tmp is a TeMP gets cleaned out. It may well be nothing to worry about, I guess the config gets rebuilt every time anyway, otherwise the makers would'nt put it in the temp folder...

What app is it? Maybe a tweak in the main config could help?
