I open folder with 179 image files.
I click Edit/ Select All
I right click on an image and select Open with Shotwell Viewer
System freezes. By that I mean the mouse will not react.
The only way I know to kill the process is Alt-Sysrq-b, which reboots computer.
Is the another way to get out of this app freeze without a reboot?
Desktop: Cinnamon 4.4.8km: muffin dm: LightDM Distro: Linux Mint 19.3 Tricia
CPU is Intel i5-2400
Memory is 4GB
Have you checked the log files? If the system is freezing completely, an error might not have a chance to make it to the logs, but it's still worth a look.
