Hi,

Have you added the plugin in the "Installed Plugins" category?
Quote:
Run conf.pl.
Choose option 8 and move the plugin from the "Available Plugins" category to the "Installed Plugins" category.
Save and exit.
Regards

It must be added in the "Installed Plugins" not the "Available Plugins".
After pressing 8 at ./conf.pl menu you'll see a new screen. In top there are the installed plugins and on bottom the available. To move a plugin from the available to the installed, you should press the number next to the plugin you want to install, so it goes into the "Installed plugins". After that press "s" to save and exit.

Could you please give more details:
Which one of the available "change password" plugins have you installed?
You might also need to install the compatibility plugin.
Does the user sees the option to change password?
