You first need to read the "How to ask a smart question" and the "Question Guidelines" links in my posting signature. We are happy to help with SPECIFIC questions, but this is not one. And, it also sounds like verbatim homework. There are many issues you can have, just as with installing Windows...far too many to answer. Plus, there are things that are difficult for distros like Kali, that are NO problems for most other distros. And on what kind of hardware???

Too many variables to guess; I would suggest you either provide details, or begin your search on Google.
