setting widows print server to work with Linux

I have a working print server in a windows network (192.168.1.11). How can my Linux boxes use this printer?

What printers/how many printers are connected to the server? Is is actually a print server, or a windows machine with printers attached? If it is a print server, what model is it? Have you had a look at cups and backends, smb, ipp, etc. ?
good luck.

Brother

It is a Brother Laser on a USB print server connected with network cables. It is not going though any windows machines.

Here is a list of supported, and unsupported brother printers from linuxprinting.org.

Here is some cups documentation.

That's about all I can do with the info provided.
good luck.
