Screen resolution

Hi guys, im new with linux and i seem to have misconfigured my screen resolution yesterday.

i've set it to something bigger than my screen could handle (i think) how do i revert it back? now i don't see anything but i could tell that my pc's definitely working.

it's just the display i'm missing.

Please help me, thanks in advance!
