Resolution settings and Internet over RHEL-5

Hi All,

I have just installed RHEL-5 over a windows machine, and wish to set resolution, but getting only 800/600 and 500x364 (I guess) as the maximum possible options there. How can I get more options so that I can reduce the size of the fonts and folders ??
Secondly, I am using Airtel BB internet as well with windows. Now I want to use that over the newly installed linux. So could anybody please help me in doing that ?? I believe that by providing ISP details over browser's LAN settings should work, but I am not getting that otion at all over Mozilla browser ??

Thank you all in advance,
Kapil

There should be documentation with fedora and also in a book about redhat.
You can edit xorg manually with vi.You can change the resolution settings in the control panel
You can use xrandr.

How are connecting? Through an ethernet port, modem, usb?
