When printing from ubuntu (zorin) to a hp officejet 5610 on a windows 2003 server, via samba, all I get is a Remote downlevel document on the print queue and nothing gets printed.
Can anyone give me a clue ?

Worked for me too. Thankful that this thread still appears in Google's search result else it would have taken a lot longer and more hair-pulling to resolve.
